The Lower falls of Cloudland Canyon are located in the Cloudland Canyon State Park, Ga.  Cloudland Canyon State Park is located Southwest of Trenton, Ga on highway 136.  There are two much smaller drop type falls on the trail below Hemlock falls.  Its a short walk with more stairs but well worth the extra effort.
